A top XC hardtail with a carbon frame that was completely redesigned before the 2019 season. The new geometry gives it even better handling and control over the bike in demanding descents and exits thanks to a shorter rear structure and a more laid-back head tube (69°). The extremely stiff frame weighs just 900 grams, making it the lightest mountain bike frame Cannondale has ever produced. The brand new Lefty Ocho fork with 100mm of travel is also lighter and smoother than its predecessor.
Speed control is handled by SRAM Level T hydraulic disc brakes, shifting is handled by a SRAM GX Eagle shifter set with 1×12 gears.
